Simplifying the story
Brightside operated on a complex, manual booking web: WhatsApp notifications, coordinate sheets, Stripe/Razorpay invoices, and external video links. The key design goal was to unify this into a single interface that removes manual coordination.
By embedding scheduling, evaluation, checkouts, and WebRTC classrooms into a single responsive application, we created a frictionless funnel. This enabled the brand to scale operations automatically while collecting deep engagement metrics.
